Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping & Delivery-We ship to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Europe, Asia. For other shipping areas, please contact us at info@theglowact.com
Orders placed usually take 7-8 business days in transit. Please allow approximately 12-48 hours for orders quality check, processing and tracking info. Due to high demand and COVID changes, it may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request for an order to be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Shipping Times will vary depending on the location.
Please note that you may experience order delays due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.

Contraindications
The GlowAct’s devices should not be used in the following areas:
- Breast area
- Larynx/Throat
- Chest
- Groin area
- Eyelids
- Under brow bone
The GlowAct’s devices with Red Light Therapy should not be used by:
- People under the age of 18
- Pregnant Women
- People subject to seizures
- People with cancer/tumors
- People with a cardiac pacemaker
- People with implanted defibrillators/stimulators
- People with electronic implanted devices
- Someone suffering from a sunburn.
- Someone under medical care for diseases that involve photosensitivity.
- Someone receiving photosensitizing medications.
- Someone with active cancer or cancerous lesion.
- Someone who is pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- Someone with severe acne.
- Someone with any skin condition, apart from mild-to-moderate acne.
- Someone withFitzpatrick Skin Types V and VI.
- Someone with a known allergic reaction to plastics. The device contains plastics that come into contact with the skin during use. When in doubt of allergies first contact your healthcare provider before using the device.
- Someone who suffers from light-induced headaches.
- Someone with a medical history of seizures that are triggered by light.
- Someone with a history of epilepsy.
- Someone with phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, and varicose veins.
- You suffer from any photosensitive disorder (light 12 FULL FACE LED MASK sensitization).
- You have a medical history of seizures triggered by light.
- You have a history of epilepsy.
- You are taking any medication or drugs that can cause photosensitivity. If you are unsure about your medication, consult your healthcare provider.
Note: For hygienic reasons, we do not recommend sharing your device with other people.

If you have any medical concerns, medical illness, medical conditions such as epilepsy or seizures, or recent facial surgery please consult your doctor before using.
Electronic monitoring equipment (such as ECG monitor and ECG alarms) may not operate properly when the GlowAct’s devices are in use (especially the wand). The GlowAct’s devices should only be used over healthy, intact skin.
Stimulation should not be applied over, or in proximity to cancerous lesions, or applied over swollen, infected, or inflamed areas or skin eruptions (e.g., phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, broken capillaries, varicose veins, etc.)
The GlowAct’s devices with Red Light Therapy are not designed to activate when in contact with facial hair. We recommend shaving before use as hair can interfere with the conductivity of the devices. The facial area under a beard or mustache cannot be treated.
Potential adverse reactions may include skin irritation or redness. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children.
Precautions
The GlowAct’s devices with Red Light Therapy are designed for cosmetic use only and for individuals in good health.
Caution should be exercised for patients with suspected or diagnosed epilepsy.

Caution should be exercised if you have tendency to hemorrhage following acute trauma, and/or when using the GlowAct devices over areas of the skin that lack normal sensation.
Please review the user manual and online instructional video before using your products.
If you experience skin irritation or hypersensitivity due to the electrical stimulation or electrical conductive medium (e.g., the Renew Complex Activating Serum), you can likely reduce the irritation by using an alternate topical medium.
If you have suspected or diagnosed heart disease, you should follow precautions recommended by your physician.
Consult with your physician prior to using the device after a recent surgical procedure.
Adverse Reactions
If you experience a persistent headache and/or other painful sensations during or following the use of the GlowAct’s devices, you should stop using the devices and consult with your physician.
Very Important
These devices are intended for cosmetic use on the face and neck. Any harmful consequence resulting from misuse, or application to other body areas, connection to improper voltage sources, dirty conductive solution, or any other improper applications is neither the responsibility of The GlowAct nor its affiliates.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
